My ipod wont delete everything

I am trying to delete everything on my ipod 5th gen its updated fully and it has the last persons ID logged into it. I don't know who they are and I can't get their profile of my ipod. So how can I like get it deleted? oh also in the settings the erase contents on ipod button is locked for like 23,700,000 mins which i found like that. So is there anyway to completely delete and restart my Ipod in this situation?

It would be wonderful if I can get a couple suggestions or helpful answers!
