MainStage no longer remembers the Input Channels for my 18i20

Hi

Originally when I had MainStage 3 when ever I finished a Gig and shut everything down, when I started everything back up it would remember the Channel Inputs from my 18i20. Since the update it no longer does this and before every session or Gig i have to select the channels again. Is it something I'm doing wrong or is it the update?
