iPhone 4S after iOS upgrade touch screen unresponsive - no means to power off or restore as Sleep/Wake button broken

Following iOS 9.0.2 upgrade yesterday, touch screen on my iPhone 4S has become unresponsive. Stuck using FlipBoard app. Flash is on permanently. Sleep/wake button broken and have to use Accessibility button instead. Thus, unable to use Hold and Sleep buttons to power off. Can't do restore, because can't turn off Find My iPhone function. Currently just waiting for phone battery to drain and hope a restart when powering up will help reset something, but am at a loss. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!
