I have contact Apple help multiple times about this issue and constantly get cut off. The help has been anything but helpful. This issue is now also affecting my iPhone.
Try a simple Reset by holding down the Wake/Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
Ben there, done that. The problem is still there.
If a Reset didn't help, you might need to perform a Restore from a backup. It would also help if you described what's happening in detail (your title description got cut off mid-sentence).
