After upgrade to os x al capitan my mini mac won't to open just i see apple logo and load bar ? And i made reinstall when finished i made restart for device and the problem is back what i can do please i need help ?!

Sounds like the problem I had. My MacBook restarted after installation and got stuck on the start-up screen (Apple logo with progress bar). The progress bar got "stuck" around 90% and wouldn't go any further.
Try an SMC reset. Shut off your computer. Hold down the "shift", "control", and "option" keys at the same time. Power up your computer. Keep holding the three keys until you see the Apple logo.
I did this and that seemed to work, for me. The start-up completed normally.

Boot into Safe Mode and see if that changes behavior
