Earlier in Yosemite the files could have been copied or dragged into the hard drive. After upgrading to El Capitan, I can't do that anymore. Most of the people have suggested to re-format the hard drive, but that's not the solution. It will still not allow to copy or drag files into the hard drive.

It seems to be official version and free, which is surprising for Paragon, but nevertheless it solved my problem, so I am happy now 🙂🙂🙂
Be sure to scan your Mac for malware now, because the "free" CNET-downloads are often riddled with it.
But I see that app comes from Paragon web-site. The download is just hosted on cnet due to whatever reason.
But anyway I don't see any suspicious activity on my Mac, so guess it is allright 😉

But I have El Capitan, and this version http://www.paragon-software.com/home/ntfs-mac/ works just fine for me, downloaded and installed the trial, easy as f**k 😁

I also have 1 GB Hard disk, and I could not copy files from Mac to my Had disk.
But after installing this software in Mac, I am able to copy files from Mac in NTFS file system.
