When larger text is in use (IOS 9.02), when typing Reminders that take more than one line the text being typed is not visible beyond the first line typed
In Display and Brightness settings, I have the text size enlarged one click past the center bar. I find that when creating a new reminder, the enlarged type appears as I type but the entry box does not expand to accommodate more an one line, so I cannot see what I'm typing. This is not the case with smaller sizes of type
