My iPod Touch 5th Generation won't turn on but it will come up on iTunes

I locked my iPod and then only a few minutes later I went to unlock it and it just didn't turn on. However I plugged it into iTunes and it recognised it. I haven't dropped it or damaged it and it was a short time between locking it that it happened. Also, I can not reboot it because my home button does't work and I can't restore it because I have to turn off Find my iPod on my actual iPod so thats useless. I've tried everything and nothing is working.
