Does anyone know how to fix my battery?

Every since the iOS 9 update, and the last two, my phone's battery has literally stopped working properly. My battery will go from 91% to 75% in 15 seconds. How do I know? I made a 15 second call to my mother and that happened. This has never happened before until this sorry update. I have turned off the background refresh, deleted apps, restarted my phone and yet, nothing has changed. I'm really disappointed in this update. I want my phone fixed because I am not paying for another iPhone. It was fine until this update. Need feedback ASAP. Thank you

Try a reset. Hold down home and power buttons simultaneously until the Apple Logo reappears after about 15 seconds. If this does not fix it then you need to take it into your local Apple Authorised Repairere, as this has not been a common issue and many things, most likely hardware failure can be the cause. I am not seeing it on my phone, in fact I am getting over double the life from my battery with iOS9 since dumping iOS8
