How to edit a live photo

Is there a way to edit live photo to capture the before or after moment

In some of my live photos the moment just before or after the actual photo are better (ie - eyes opened or better smile) is there a way to capture those moments?

Thanks,

That's the case to which I was referring. I don't see any reviews of this app, however. I've begun using another app for the GIF's called "ImgPlay". It works OK ... but, so far, I can't get my iPhone to PLAY those GIFs! Also, Apple's made a faux pas on their Live Photos as nothing will allow you to DOWNLOAD those photos and then put into a folder. You can ONLY do that when you create a folder INTERNAL to your Photo's app and sort into those photo's ... so essentially ... you've got those photos TWO places (I know it doesn't take more space) ... but a waste of energy! OH ... and when you DO download to your computer (Mac in my case), it comes through as a still photo and a video recognized by Quicktime. I have Quicktime Pro so can parse out any pictures I want ... but you can only re-import into your computer as a still and video ... not a clever as a LIVE PHOTO! :-(
