Oct 5, 2015 8:45 AM in response to Warren from Hong Kongby ManSinha,You may have to access iCloud console from a computer
If you are using a Mac
http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/mac.html
If you are using a PC - you may have to download iCloud Console
That will allow you to see if there are previous backups in there (likely) and delete them if you are no longer using them

I installed iCloud Console in my Window 7. It shows exactly the same as in my iPhone. No previous backups was found .
Maybe I need to get a Mac to try.

Oct 11, 2015 7:56 AM in response to Warren from Hong Kongby Warren from Hong Kong,Today, I managed to borrow a MacBook air and login to iCloud. Exactly the same:
Backups of iPhone & iPad is 1.7GB
Documents & Data is 461.3MB

Oct 11, 2015 2:02 PM in response to Warren from Hong Kongby ManSinha,The only option would be (if the iPhone and iPad are stable) to delete everything off iCloud and see if the total resets to 5 GB or contact Apple here

Oct 18, 2015 7:52 PM in response to ManSinhaby Warren from Hong Kong,Hi ManSinha, thanks for your suggestion.
I finally made a call to local Apple Support. They admitted that this is a problem of iCloud.
I deleted all backup in my iCloud. But there are still 2.71GB Backup in my iCloud.
Backup of that 2.71GB cannot be deleted via my old iPhone, Window iCloud, Mac iCloud, nor any other iDevice I have.
The Apple Support suggested me to switch back to iTune Backup and wait a month to see if the 2.71GB will disappear.
I hope Apple iCloud support staff can aware this case.

Oct 18, 2015 8:45 PM in response to Warren from Hong Kongby Stardar,Same problem here.
I have 2 backup devices, my iPad and my iPhone 6.
iPhone backup storage: 1,2GB
iPad backup storage: 879 MB
However, it says: only 1,1GB available of the 5,0GB.. so i have 2GB missing.
Even when i go to icloud.com, it displays that i use 3,9GB of storage (instead of 2,1GB which should be the normal total), and it's impossible to see what are those 3,9GB..
