s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com is this a virus and if so how to remove it

Hi a few days ago I got a pop up window from s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com saying that they have located a virus on my computer from visiting a site. I was on Apple.com when I was redirected and now I'm concerned that this could be a virus because Apple.com should be very secure. If anyone knows about this and they know that it is a virus please help me and give me some tips on how to remove this.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), OS X El Capitan (10.11)
