A1286 what models is compatable

hi I have a MacBook Pro model a1286 I would like to know what other MacBooks are compatable in regards to parts as I'm looking for a screen/lcd as mine is smashed and be handy to know if I can buy a doner MacBook to strip for parts and help would be much appreciated thanks

The A1286 may refer to:

As the VRAM varies widely on this series, I'd be suspicious of anyone assuming the LCD is the same across the series. Stick with the exact vintage Machine ID of the model to ensure you get the right parts.
