Ipod 5 keeps crashing after updating to IOS 9

i Have already restarted my iPod (Home and power button). I also tried to restore it to get rid of the problem but it is still there. it starts off with my screen flickering and then it turns white and stops working for 20 minutes. Finally it turns black and i am able to turn the iPod back on after holding the power button. I will try to post a picture later.

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try another cable

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Hi! Restore your device to factory settings.

Note that this will erase the data from your device.Take a look this Apple Support article: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

As a final step, try the DFU mode:

  • Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.
  • Turn off the device.
  • Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds
  • Press the Home button while holding the Power button and hold both for 10 seconds.
  • Release the Power button, but KEEP HOLDING the Home button.
  • After about 15 seconds, iTunes will tell you it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.
  • Restore your device
