I am running Debian on my Intel based PC and I have Oracle VM Virtualbox manager installed and I want to create a MAC OS X machine

Is this possible?

Apple does not allow you to legally run OS X on anything but a Mac. We cannot assist you with that issue here in the Apple Support Communities.
