Apple in-app purchase VS. Other Payment Options

I'm working on a new app, part of a service were the users can pay for an upgrade (one time fee) and they get a number of features on the service. They can access this digital service using either the IOS or Android app or a dedicated Website. They can of course upgrade this feature using either of the tree platforms.

I was wondering if it would be the right choice to even use Apple In-app purchase for this, I've read the In-App Purchase Guide and I think my case fits under the Non-Consumables type. My question is, Should I (or can I) use apple's In-App purchase or Its a better option to use the Credit Card payment we are already using on the website?
