I have an iPad Air and I guess I didn't update it in time to get the security features of iOS 9. Now it will only offer me 9.02 as the update available.... Is there anyway to install iOS 9 first before upgrading to 9.02, so I get all the security updates? Please help?!

All the security updates introduced with 9.0 are part of 9.0.2. You don’t need to and cannot update to an intermediate iOS version.
