Dear All, I have I Phone 5C, Recently i have upgraded software version iOS 9.0.2. I am facing problem is that Siri voice is not coming, in older version i used to get voice replay. Now i am getting only text replay. Please suggest how to solve this problem

I had the same issue on a iPhone 6. I solved this by backing up the iPhone in iTunes, doing a reset, and then restoring from backup. Siri worked right away.
