I Keep getting a system failure notification when I try to update to iOS9.0.2
given two options... To cancel the download or to go to Settings, but I don't know what would need to be fixed in Settings?

Try updating while connected a computer running iTunes 12.3 or later.
Start iTunes on the computer and connect your iPad. Select the iPad in iTunes and select Check for Updates.

Cancel download then try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button.
Hold both down until you see Apple Logo .
This may take upto 30seconds .
