i have iphone 5s and its come in water and after that i put it in charger and they told me the Motherboard is broken and i haven't backup the data in my phone ( photos and videos ) so whats the option can i do ??

Either buy a new phone or get an out of warranty iphone at the Apple store.
as far as your data, if you didn't backup to icloud or iTunes or import your pics to your computer as you would a digital camera then those data is gone, no way to retrieve them.
