Honestly I couldn't tell you if either are legitimate or fake. The second one however has a sticker over something which isn't Apple-like. Regardless, I would make sure you are buying from a reputable dealer that is authorized to sell Apple devices . If a deal seems too good to be true, turn away as you often get scammed that way.
