lost all touch screen capabilities after update
My 6 plus phone has lost all touch capabilities after downloading and installing an update.
all other buttons work but the screen is disabled..?
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.0.2
then do a reset no data loss. hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
