Phone is frozen - cannot turn off
My phone is frozen on a split screen (don't know how that happened - the phone was in my pocket). I cannot unfreeze or even turn off my phone
hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
