Congratulations you have won an iPhone pop-up

I have been having the same problem on my brand new iPhone 8+ they really need to fix this

I also got a pop-up saying that i had won a iphone x...

It happens to everyone i know that has 11.1 or higher. Some have their ISP DNS servers, some OPENDNS and some Google DNS. some are verizon some att. I never saw this before 11.1 either

Maybe you didn't but lots of other people did. And, some of us almost never see it. I think it has happened to me once.

Well of course it’s true. The world is full of people giving iPhones to random people.

My specific message is not about winning an iPhone but something about winning something from amazon. I can no longer use safari because the message pops up every time.

The solution has already been posted in the thread you just added to. Please go back and read it.

It really doesn't matter which product they say you've won. The advice is the same.

Can you please advise the date of the posted solution? I read back and didn't see. All solutions (clearing browser history, etc.) discussed in this thread do not resolve the problem.
