Can you please post a screen shot of how you came to that conclusion about the 64G?

Actually, if you start with your Music 2.9 GB and add everything else - up to the WhatsApp - it comes to about 7.1 GB
Take that away from the 11.2 used and you end up at 4 something for the iOS that you started off with in your question
