My I phone 5 is locked and not able to access . I have reset it and its not work with pass code

After I Iphone is locked and not able

IF the phone will not accept the code to unlock the device, you have to restore it.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
