was trying to stream couch tuner through air play and get the wrong ip Message show up on my tv. Can anyone help?

Did you get this solved? And how? I'm on holiday in Spain it plays on my iPad but when airplay to the it says WRONG IP ! Help
Are both Pad and Apple TV on the same WiFi network? And are they using the same Apple ID?
If you're on a hotel network, the network may prevent them from communicating, as a security measure. Try enabling bluetooth on iPad and see if you can connect using peer-to-peer AirPlay.
If you still have problems, please describe your configuration in more detail. Are you trying to AirPlay video from the internet, or video stored on the iPad?

You should check ATV network settings. Be sure IP and DNS are both set to automatic.
