Itunes Store not displaying correctly
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11)
Do you still have this problem?, I do and it's very frustrating!
Exactly the same for me.
I opened a tech support session and they told me to downgrade from el capitan 10.11.1 beta to el capitan public release, which I did and I also tried in safe mode and logged in as a new user, they all are the same.
Now I have tried my wife's macbook air running yosemite and her iTunes store is the same too.
Strange.
where are you guys based Uk or elsewhere?

Just called Apple care
Their advice was to check back later appears to be a issue at Apple's end. provided me with a case number to go back to them if the issue doesn't resolve within the next few hours I guess

Same issue here in Dutch iTunes store. I use iTunes 4.3.1 on Windows 10. Looks like this issue is not related to a specific OS.
Yes still having the same problem, mine is the UK store, glad but happy its not just me! 😀
If the issue is apples end, hopefully it's fixed soon.
Dutch customers have are having the same issue - just checked Apple status - no mention of any issue's. That said there have been issue in the past and the Apple status page just doesn't appear to offer real time status

This is must be a limited problem or it'd be all over the forums and possibly the news and there aren't many hits on a Google search.

Exactly the same for me on Windows 10 for the last two days.
This is definitely not my end, as a test I installed a fresh copy of iTunes 12.3 on a fresh copy of Windows 10 in VMware workstation and the layout is screwed up exactly the same.

I've also got this issue (in UK, Macbook Pro Retina Mid 2014 on 10/10/15 @ 23:22).
Spent most of my evening trying to resolve this, including reinstalling the iTunes application on my MacBook - to find this forum and it seems many others have this issue to.
So it's Apple's issue - phew.
Thought I had some kind of cache or memory issue......
