Itunes Store not displaying correctly

Hey,

Just noticed today that the iTunes Store is not displaying correctly.

This is the first time this has happened and cannot figure out why, is this an Apple side issue?

I just figured out a solution for Windows users. I deleted my iTunes cache file located at: C:\Users\[pc_name]\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes. The AppData folder is invisible by default so you want to change that option first in your folder settings.

After a restart of iTunes the layout was repaired. Maybe this can help Mac users as well. The file I deleted was not somewhere in the iTunes directory where music, apps and movies are stored (there's also a cache folder there), but in a folder deep in the system directory. It's in the same directory as the 'iTunesPrefs' file. Mabybe you can look that one up with finder and locate the directory.

Hope this helps!

Found a quick fix that seems to work on Windows, may work I the Mac as well. In iTunes go to edit, preferences, advanced and then click on reset cache. Worked instantly for me. Still blame apple for this Issue as I tried the latest iTunes on a fresh installation of Windows 10 in VMware yesterday and the layout was still messed up.

Resetting all the caches, or just the one cache, did not work for me, even after doing it several times over the last couple of days.

Neither did any of the following:

reinstalling El Capitan,

PRAM reset

SMC reset

deleting ~/libraries/logs

deleting ~/libraries/caches

reinstalling iTunes

my wife's machine on 10.10 and a MBA (mine is a MBPr) has exactly the same issue.
