Is there a way to recover a contact from a year or so ago?
After restoring my contacts, one contact isnt there, is there anyway to get them back?

iOS iCloud back ups are limited to the last 3 back ups, It isn't possible to be certain without more information, but it's quite unlikely that you can recover anything from a year ago.
