Notes No Longer Syncing Between iPhone and MacBook Pro
My phone has IOS 9.0.2.
I have re booted both pc and phone.
If you updated your iPhone to iOS 9 and also upgraded to the new Notes features but your Mac is not running El Capitan (OS X 10.11), that would explain why Notes are not syncing. See:
