I can not sign in with my Apple ID. I keep getting a pop up stating that I have not used iTunes store before and it requires my billing info. All I want to do is download Whatsapp.

Click here and set up your iTunes profile - you can choose "None" in payment method
There is no option for "None"

Go to itunes main page bottom of page Apple ID
Click on that to update your info you need to enter a card
If you can't you need to buy an itunes card with a least
£10.00 on.
