I can't get my iphone 4 to connect with my itunes on windows 10

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating, and anything you can imagine and I can't get my iphone to sync/connect with my itunes. I have Windows 10 on my computer and I have NO idea what to do. Does anyone have any ideas or anyone that can help?
