Check mirroring on control panel is on.
Also check settings on Apple TV .

HI Brian, I used to have a mirror switch on the control panel, not now. I only have ipad/apple tv
I Also have this problem since upgrading. Sound only. I tried my husband's iPad2, and since he never upgrades all works perfactly. Do we have to go back to original settings to get the airplay video to work?
