My iPad screen is flashing blue and red I can still use it but the iPad is from school so what do I do to fix it?

MY iPad screen is blue and I can still use it but I know that's not how it's supposed to be I turned it off and then back on again and it still was blue ado I tured it off and and haven't turned it back on since today and I don't know what to do because I need it fixed by tonight. Someone please help!
