The MBP has a problem with the RAM. If it is a retina MBP, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar. If it is a non retina MBP, take out the RAM modules, clean the contacts and reinstall the RAM making certain that the modules are well seated.
If no success, install only one module in both slots and then do the same with the other module. You will be testing to see if there is one faulty module or one faulty slot.
