ipad wont restart after upgrade, not enough storage
Ipad wont restart after I upraded to iso 9.0
My son upgraded it when there was not enough storage.
iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 9.0.1
Did you try holding down the power button and the home button (at the same time) for at least 10 seconds? That might get it restarted for you.
