SSame issue on my iPhone 6s Plus and iPad Air 2 as well as my wife's. Also she can't open Apple Music and if I try to view my account in Apple Music to check subscription status it says it can't connect to the store.

I pressed home and power button and reset all settings. Nothing worked. I should note that if I go to a browser and connect to my account it works. But through Iphone 5S or My newly upgraded OX 10.11 (hint this is when the problem started). I get cannot connect to ITunes store. It must have something to do with the Shared KeyChain. I don't see any other reason why Upgrading my Mac would affect the ability to update Apps (Itunes/App store) on my phone. Apple, please fix soon.

Stupid me - updated software before checking these forums... I had same problem (uninstalled Google Maps 'cause it wasn't working right, then I couldn't re-download). I tried many fixes including checking the time zone & time (said Cupertino time zone, but showed 1 hr later) & turning off "set automatically". Tried resetting by holding down top & round buttons. Checked all cellular settings. Anyway, I got home and connected it to my computer (which is how I update it - NOT over the cloud). I loaded GMaps back on and when I tried the app store, it worked.
