What AirTime App is Southwest Airline referring to for their access to wifi products
Southwest Airline says that when using an iPad for wifi access the AirTime app needs to be added. I can't find it when I search the App store.
iPad 2, iOS 9.0.2

I found the reference to AirTime on Southwest's website as well. But I saw it framed in references to "iOS 4.2 or later", so this reference must be five years old or so. I also could not find AirTime in the App Store. So my guess is you no longer need it.
I would suggest contacting Southwest Airlines for assistance. If it is an app available in the App Store, there should be a link on their website to take you to it, but there does not seem to be. When I search the US App Store, I don't find it. You search Southwest and you only find their booking app, and no related apps. I think you will need to contact Southwest Customer Service for assistance. The FAQ on the website indicates the app is free at the Apple App Store, but I don't find it either.
You will have to contact the airline for clarification. I cannot find anything other than a flight checkin app using either Southwest Airlines or Airtime as search topics. The name may have changed. The SW airlines app I found is this:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/southwest-airlines/id344542975?mt=8
and it is not called Airtime.
EDIT: Sorry Chris. The old delay and searching the SW site took time!
I only found that one, and a specific app for employees to use. Like sberman said, the description of the app in iTunes states it requires iOS 4.2 or later, so it is curious if they just let the AirTime app go, or they have done something else on the aircraft. However, their FAQ on the Southwest website still refers to it and it being available in the Apple App Store and for Android as well. You would think they would have a link right on their page to the App Store. That is why I suggested the OP contact their Customer Support directly.
I flew Southwest today and the crew says the same thing. Can't watch anything on an ipad or iphone without it & no way to find it.
Well, if you fly Southwest regularly, I would escalate that up to their Customer Relations ASAP.
There's DTI Software's "Onboard Player"
Reviews say that people have had success with that in the past. Recent update claims iOS 9 support.

Interesting this is there now, and dated November 2. It was not in the App Store when the thread was originally started, under the name that Southwest Airlines indicated.
Thanks for posting. Saw this App in the store, but wasn't sure if this was what they are talking about.
