HOw and where can i activate auto rotatte on ipad mini 4?

iPad Mini, iOS 8.1, Just bought this july 2014

On an iPad Mini 4 you can turn rotation lock on/off via Control Centre (swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen) : Turn on Mute and Orientation Lock on iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 4 - Apple Support
