iCloud won't install on Win7 x64

iCloud won't install on my Win7 x64 PC.

I've been running iCloud with no issues until I tried to update to v5 this morning. When I try to install I get the following error:

User uploaded file

I have uninstalled iTunes and iCloud completely and reinstalled iTunes.

iCloud works fine on another one of my nearly identically configured PCs .

I don't know what the Windows Media Feature Pack is, but I've never had it and don't believe I need it. It isn't installed on the other PC that is running iCloud.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Thanks g3ne01! That was my problem!

The Windows Media Player feature was turned off on the problematic system, but turned on for the working system.

Both systems worked fine before the iCloud update. I don't know why this became a requirement in iCloud v5. Hopefully Apple will remove it in a subsequent update.

FYI - You only need to turn on WMP. Windows Media Center isn't required.
