iMessage seems to be non functional today 24 October 2015, I am in London UK, I have reports from 2 other people of messages not getting through
Anyone else suffering form this?

Same issue here in France, since yesterday it was starting to be messy... Now they don't seem to be sent. Yesterday it was between Mac and iPhone, messages were on a device, not the other...
yes, normally I can get messages both on the iPhone and on the iMac, but they are going nowhere today, I sent one this morning, it appeared to go, but the delivered sign never came up and the recipient did not get it, strangely enough also when she called me only her number came up on the screen and not her name
well as of 17:58 local time all the missing messages have appeared at least on the iMac, but the iPhone is still having problems sending
Will post an update when it is fixed, both machines are running the latest versions of their respective OS
