After iOS 9.1 upgrade Siri is no longer speaking in Flemish

I've just upgraded my iPhone 6s to iOS 9.1 . Now Siri is no longer talking to me when I choose either Dutch(Belgium) -> Flemish nor if i choose Dutch(Netherlands) -> Flemish. If I choose Dutch(Netherlands) -> Dutch or Dutch(Belgium) -> Dutch he speaks to me, but I prefer the female Flemish voice.

The voice preview still works. It's only the feedback that is not working (for example if you ask what time it is).

With iOS 9.0.2 it worked. A reboot (you never know) didn't help.

Any tips on how to get her to speak to me again?
