How do I get rid of the icloud download icon in my playlists?

I recently updated to ituens 12.3 then 12.3.1. Now I have the icloud download icon in ALL of my playlists. I don't use the cloud and don't want to. I can manually delete it from each playlist (I have over 150 playlists). However, when I reopen itunes it is back. How can I permanently get rid of this icon? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

The icloud icon is a column heading in each playlist. The columns I have are "Name" "Time" "Artist" "Album" "Genre" "Plays" and "Last Played"

After the last itunes update, it automatically added the "icloud Download" column. I have deleted it from the column list, but every time I reopen itunes, it is automatically added back in.

I do not have "show apple music" checked.

I do not know where the "icloud Music Library" is at to see if it is enabled.

iCloud Music Library is only an option when Apple Music is enabled.

Which state is the View > Show/Hide iCloud Music Purchases option in? If it says Hide then click it so it says Show. Those column headings should disappear when you do. iTunes should remember your preference when you close and then reopen it. If it doesn't there may a permissions problem with the preference file where the data is stored, or sometimes anti-virus software has been known to stop iTunes updating it properly.
