back button in settings disappeared

Ive got new Apple iPhone 6s(iOS 9.1) and because i live in China, i changed system language to Chinese. And sometimes back button disappears from the screen and i need to restart Settings.

It may be a bug. I'd recommend reporting it to Apple.

Also, try resetting the settings on your phone, this may help.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
