Is it possible to ajust the brightness of the screen more than in the control centre?

I use my phone a lot during the night/ in the half-light (feeding baby) and the lowest brightness is still way too bright to be comfortable for my eyes, it just hurts.... And it doesn't help sleeping afterwards either because I'm getting totally awake of the screenlight.

If that's not possible I hope this could be taken care of in a future iOS update.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1

Do I have a setting for you. It's called low light and it's inside of zoom. Go to settings> general > accessibility> zoom> on and show controller> on. Also at the bottom of the accessibility page go to accessibility shortcut> zoom.

Triple tap the home button you get a onscreen button. tap the onscreen button for the zoom menu. Tap choose filter, then tap low light. Triple tap the home button to turn zoom off. You're done.

None for all your hard work whenever you want to go from normal to low-light triple tap the home button.

Onscreen button and choose filter..
