I'm using an iPhone 6s 64GB and upgraded to iOS 9.1 a few days ago. My Touch ID has become very slow or either doesn't work after several attempts, and I need to input my passcode. Anyone else had this problem or have any tips? I noticed it as I was so impressed at how fast it was compared to my 5s.

I couldn't enter my fingerprint successfully until after I took my 6S out of the case. Apparently,when you adjust your grip, your hand must be in contact with the edges of the phone itself, not just the case. OS is 10.2.
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

If these steps don't work, contact Apple and ask for help. Also, visit your local Genius Bar, your phone is still under warranty, so you can get it fixed/replaced at no cost.
