iPhone 6s Plus battery life

As the title says

i am having problems with my iphone 6s plus battery, i see people reaching 10 and in some cases even 16 hours of "active" time while i barely reach 7.

i have no facebook, nothing else really using background refresh. i use vk (background refresh off), safari to browse news websites, read mails, whatsapp and isntagram and i can barely "survive" 1 day! i used some battery apps that test the health they all gave me 99 - 100% healthy. i have the TSMC model...

any help? is it really "broken"?

EDIT: bluetooth and location services are disabled, i wish i could use location services but with this poor battery life that won't happen

What type of email account do you have on the phone? What does your battery usage show?

i use an outlook account, battery usage today is not really responsible because i was at home, no mobile data, not much usage... i am at 5 hours usage and 34 hours standby now, 47% battery left, the app that used the most is FileBrowser (to connect to my mac) right after that snapchat and then home / lockscreen then instagram, iteleport, safari and the rest below that is all just 1%

If you reach 7 hours, call yourself lucky. I need to charge my 6S Plus 4-5x a day. All background refresh off. Getting a better battery life was the reason I got a plus phone rather than the standard one but boy, was I wrong :-)

There is a problem with your particular phone then. Do you have a Microsoft Exchange email account on it? Have you checked battery usage to see which app is mostly consuming it? I'm getting 2 and a 1/2 to 3 days battery on my 6s Plus and I am using push mail and many notifications.

I think my battery life has gotten much worse after upgrading software to iOS 9.1. Hopefully Apple will put out a battery improvement software update soon

Nothing wrong with those stats at all. Approx 10 hours of usage is normal and you will get less if you increase the standby time like you are doing. People only get 11 hrs+ of usage time if they have lots of screen off time listening to music etc.

Mine too. 9.1 typically gives me an hour less usage time.
