Pixelated bright patches in place of white on videos?

My macbook is only a month old but replaces white in videos with bright garish pixelated blocks that seem to be moving as if they're trying to display the opposite side of the video, so far I've noticed this multiple times on youtube and iTunes.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

Sounds like a bad video/display card -- may not be able to handle videos so you are getting a picture breakup.

If it happens all the time or even not - take a picture of the screen when it does happen - then take the Mac in for repair.

I have had this issue on my mid 2012 Macbook Pro, even after two logic board replacements. The second, recently, was for accidental coffee damage.

The brightest areas would pixelate; outdoor sky shots, indoor overhead lights, etc. One thing that always temporarily fixed it was a tap on either the up or down brightness buttons on the keyboard. The pixilation would disappear immediately.

I finally realized I had F.lux installed (not available in App Store), and uninstalled it today. I re-watched two iTunes episodes that last night had many instances of pixilation. They played fine today. I have to conclude that F.lux was my issue.
