I'm using Mail app for all of my emails, My office email, gmail, yahoo. A get notifications of all email, and I want to. But there is a problem. I get a lot of junk emails too, containing some times restricted inappropriate content. I just want to disable notification for spam and junk stuff. Is there any way for so..

Assuming it you want it gone entirely, of course. This solution may potentially get rid of something you actually want, if it accidentally goes into the junk folder.
Yes.. that is the problem.. I have subscribed many of LinkedIn groups, google groups, other newsletters, offers, etc.. I don't remember but one day I did marked some emails as spam, because those newsletters were manytimes a day. After that many of may important stuff started going to spam/junk folder.
I'm a freelancer, and many of my clients do send emails from their own domain, And sometimes domains not very popular or domain names somehow are considered by Microsoft, Google or Yahoo as "spam", and emails are filtered and moved to spam/junk folder. What I do, I make a quick search, and see if any thing necessary or empty that junk folder.
But your solution does still have potential.. I will need to make filters in my emails from browser and then delete automatically junk folder...

You can't, it's all or nothing.
What you might be able to do is check with the mail provider and see if there are settings to delete it before it gets to your device. Perhaps some sort of filtering or auto-deleting junk.
